The Z3 BMW are endowed with world-class suspension,

control system, dynamic brake control, and front side-impact airbags. The Z3

The successful winner will be notified and must Extreme Auto Sales LLC, within twenty-four (24) hours after the auction closes.
The winner must submit a deposit in the amount of $500.00 within forty
eight (48) hours of the close of the auction; the remaining balance (including
applicable fees and taxes) is due within five (5) days of the auction close
unless prior arrangements have been made between the parties. Please note that
all financial transactions must be completed and clear before delivery of the
vehicle, without exception. A $349 document fee will be added to all sales.
Failure to follow these instructions will automatically void your bid, and we
reserve the right to relist the vehicle or sell it to the next highest bidder or
another qualified buyer. Extreme Auto Sales LLC,. accepts cashiers checks,
certified funds, or verified drafts from approved 3rd-party financial
institutions for all our vehicles. In addition, we also accept PayPal for
deposits. All funds must be in US dollars only. We suggest having full payment

Deadbeat bidders will be subject to a $300.00 penalty fee if ownership is not
established after auction has ended. If ownership is not established and the non-performace fee is not paid , then the fee will go into collections and be reported to the credit bereau. Buyers must pay applicable state
sales tax and license and registration fees. We will handle all licensing and
title work for Florida Buyers. Out of state buyers are responsible to pay all taxes at time of sale.
Seller can furnish Buyer a 30-day temporary license plate. Buyer must have proof
