The successful winner will be notified and must contact Extreme Auto Sales LLC within twenty-four (24) hours after the auction closes. The winner must submit a deposit in the amount of $500.00 within forty eight (48) hours of the close of the auction; the remaining balance (including applicable fees and taxes) is due within five (5) days of the auction close unless prior arrangements have been made between the parties. Please note that all financial transactions must be completed and clear before delivery of the vehicle, without exception. A $349 document fee will be added to all sales. Failure to follow these instructions will automatically void your bid, and we reserve the right to relist the vehicle or sell it to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. Extreme Auto Sales LLC. accepts cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from approved 3rd-party financial institutions for all our vehicles. In addition, we also accept PayPal for deposits. All funds must be in US dollars only. We suggest having full payment and/or approved financing in place. Out of state buyers are responsible to pay all taxes at time of sale. Seller can furnish Buyer a 30-day temporary license plate.
