The successful winning bidder will be notified and must contact Jason Vinacco , Motor Car Concepts II, Inc. within twenty-four (24) hours after the auction closes. The winning bidder must submit a deposit in the amount of $500.00 within forty eight (48) hours of the close of the auction; the remaining balance (including applicable fees and taxes) is due within five (5) days of the auction close unless prior arrangements have been made between the parties. Please note that all financial transactions must be completed and clear before delivery of the vehicle, without exception. A $349 document fee will be added to all sales. Failure to follow these instructions will automatically void your bid, and we reserve the right to relist the vehicle or sell it to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
